Nirbhaya case convict Akshay pulls in Ved, Purans and Upanishads in his review petition| Master Stroke

Nirbhaya's rapsit-murderer Akshay Thakur's review petition says "Delhi pollution is reducing his life anyways so what's the point of death penalty."
"Why death penalty when age is reducing in Kalyug". He quotes Veds, Purans and Upanishads.
He also referred to Delhi as a “gas chamber” and its water “full of poison” in his petition.
Convict Akshay also pulled in Ved and Purans in his reveiw petition.
