Kathmandu Aircraft Crash: In Kathmandu, Nepal, a plane crashed during takeoff. The aircraft, operated by Saurya Airlines, was headed for Pokhara and had 19 people on board, including the crew. The incident occurred around 11 AM at Tribhuvan International Airport. According to TIA spokesperson Premnath Thakur, emergency services, including police and firefighters, are conducting a rescue operation at the crash site. The area is currently covered in smoke, and there are no reports of fatalities yet. However, images from the scene show a significant plume of smoke rising from the crash site.
