JNU case: Not Delhi Police, but Centre responsible for violence, says Kejriwal

Delhi Chief Minister, Arvind Kejriwal has trained guns at the Centre for the violence that took place in JNU campus on January 5. He has said that Delhi Police should not be held responsible for the ruckus inside the campus. "What could Delhi Police do, when they had received orders from higher authorities to not act against the attackers" he said.
