Youngsters are being duped, says Congress' Sanjeev Singh while talking about UPTET paper leak

Congress spokesperson Sanjeev Singh was speaking during the debate of ABP News when he said that the youngsters were being duped. He gave an example of a news story and claimed that those who failed in an examination were given top positions in Junior teacher category. He added that BJP was duping the budding dreamers of India.
