Why Pakistan is spooked by beginning of construction at Ram temple site?
Construction of Ram temple has started at Ayodhya in accordance with the verdict passed by the Supreme Court of India on 9 November 2019. However, the construction work seems to have spooked people sitting across the border, over 1100 km away from Ayodhya.
In an attempt to push its anti-India agenda, spokesperson of Pakistan Ministry of Foreign Affairs tweeted that "while the world is grappling with Coronavirus, BJP-RSS combine is busy unabashedly advancing "Hindutva" agenda.
However, the spokesperson of Ministry of External Affairs Anurag Srivastava condemned the tweet in strong words and said that Pakistan has no locus standi on Ram temple and Ayodhya.
