What's wrong in talking about free Corona vaccine during Bihar polls, asks Ravi Shankar Prasad

Ravi Shankar Prasad was LIVE on ABP News during the special programme on Bihar Elections 2020, e-Shikhar Sammelan. He said that NDA will provide free vaccines to residents of Bihar.

When Rubika Liyaquat countered the claim of NDA, Ravi Shankar Prasad got upset. He said, "Can't a leader talk about health services? If Corona is a challenge then we talked about free vaccines to Bihar residents. The central government has already declared subsidy on vaccines. The problem is that one cannot say things during elections".
