Besides this, BJP leader Locket Chatterjee's car was attacked by locals in Hoogly during the fourth phase of the West Bengal assembly elections.

Huge violence was reported in Cooch Behar during the early hours of phase 4 voting in West Bengal. As per the latest update, 4 people have been shot dead in the ruckus and 4 are seriously injured. TMC has accused that CRPF opened fire during the incident which led to the death of 4 people.
