Vikas Dubey Case: UP govt hands over names of inquiry committee to SC

The Uttar Pradesh government has handed over the names of the members of the commission created to investigate the encounter. In this inquiry commission, the name of former Supreme Court Judge BL Chauhan and former DGP of UP KL Gupta has been proposed.

The Supreme Court gave an order that the commission should start work within a week and report should be submitted to the UP government and the Supreme Court in two months.
