Heartwrenching news coming from Uttarakhand's Chamoli .big incident happened near Alaknanda many are died or injured .power transformer exploded on the banks of Alaknanda people died or injured by electrocution are being taken to the hospital by ambulance. death toll is not confirmed yet.
