Uttar Pradesh: Allahabad High Court Stays Azam Khan's 7-Year Jail Term | ABP News
There is good news for senior Samajwadi Party leader and former UP cabinet minister Azam Khan and his family as the Allahabad High Court has stayed the seven-year sentence given to Azam Khan. However, the sentences for his wife, Tazeen Fatima, and son, Abdullah Azam, were not stayed.
The applications seeking a stay on the sentences of his wife and son were not entertained. However, the court has granted bail to Azam Khan, Tazeen Fatima, and Abdullah Azam.
The petitions were filed against the seven-year sentence given to Samajwadi Party leader Azam Khan for making and misusing two birth certificates of his son Abdullah Azam.
