UP: Man under the influence of liquor climbs atop water tank

In Uttar Pradesh's Aligarh, a man under the influence of liquor first had a fight with his wife and then he climbed atop a nearby water tank where he created a lot of chaos and drama. People were seen trying to convince him to come down. After hours of this, police officers managed to convince him to come down.
