Union Budget 2022: FM Nirmala Sitharaman announces 60 Lakh Jobs
India's finance minister, Nirmala Sitharaman, presented the union budget for 2022 in parliament on Tuesday. The union government's next goal, according to the finance minister, is to create 60 lakh employment. According to her, the government's announcement of a production linked incentive (PLI) in 14 sectors will result in the creation of roughly 60 lakh employment. The PLI Scheme for achieving Aatmanirbhar Bharat has gotten a lot of support. She noted that over the next five years, it has the potential to create Rs 30 lakh crore in productions.
