Understand how migrants suffer as One nation, one ration card not implemented in Delhi

The Supreme Court has directed all the states to implement one nation, one ration card scheme as soon as possible. Delhi is one of those Union Territories where the scheme has not been implemented. ABP News asked the suffering migrants about the troubles they face as their ration card doesn't work in the UT
