This super-food to make Indian Army jawans along LAC stronger

The Indian Army Jawans deployed along Line of Actual Control (LAC) are being fed with this amazing berry with a lot of antioxidants, vitamins, and nutritional value. This berry is called Sea Buckthorn. It is available in Leh, Ladakh region and acts as a superfood for the Indian Security Forces
DIHAR is making an effort to transport the juice of the berry to the jawans along LAC
