Strict action to be taken against those who convert others via fraudulent means: MP CM
"No person in the state will be able to convert anyone through seduction, intimidation, marriage or any other fraudulent means. Strict action will be taken against the one who makes such an attempt. Any person violating Section 03 of the Act will face imprisonment of 1 to 5 years. In the case of minor, female, SC, ST, 2 to 10 years imprisonment will be pronounced," wrote Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan on his Twitter account.
