Stage collapses as Maskoor Ahmad Usmani addressed rally in Darbhanga

Maskoor Ahmad Usmani was addressing a rally in Bihar's Darbhanga when the stage collapsed. He along with many others were present on the platform when the incident happened.

He was saying, "Loktantra mein log jaante hain kisko kab uthana hai, kisko kab girana hai (People in a democracy know when to elevate a leader and when to throw someone off the throne)" when the stage collapsed and he himself fell.
