Shimla: Vegetable vendors fined for overcharging

Even as the country fights against the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, there are certain people trying to benefit from other people's helplessness. One such incident took place in Shimla where vegetable vendors were overpricing the customers during the lockdown. Local officials went to the spot and issued a fine ticket to each vendor that was found selling vegetables at a hiked price.
