Shaheen Bagh protesters await permission to march to Amit Shah’s residence

The Delhi Police on Sunday refused the permission to anti-CAA protesters at Shaheen Bagh to march towards Union Home Minister Amit Shah’s residence. The protesters agreed to continue their protest at the venue till they were granted official permission for the march. The protest also saw the presence of some senior citizens who have come to Shaheen Bagh to protest against the citizenship law. Earlier in the day, protesters insisted that all of them wanted to meet Shah.
