Severe cold conditions in coming days: Met Scientist Kuldeep
Met Scientist of India Meteorological Department Kuldeep Srivastava said 'Severe cold conditions to prevail in Delhi NCR today. Minimum temperature of 4.2 degrees Celsius was recorded today. Cold-wave conditions to continue on 28th and 29th December. The last coldest month of December was recorded in the year 1997. If the temperature continue to remains like this, the December month of the year 2019, could be the second most coldest December in years.
