'Sadbhavna Parikrama': Shirdi villagers protest against Maha CM remark

Shirdi, a city in Maharashtra, will remain closed for an indefinite period from Sunday in the wake of state Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray's decision to develop Pathri town in Parbhani district as Sai Baba's birthplace.  The locals claim that during his lifetime and many years spent in Shirdi, Saibaba never mentioned his birthplace or his religion and that there were only certain unauthorised reports on it circulating for some time.
