Report On BJP's Crushing Defeat In UP Lok Sabha Elections Submitted To High Command; CM Yogi Targeted | ABP News
Uttar Pradesh BJP chief Bhupendra Chaudhary has submitted a report to the high command detailing the losses suffered by the BJP in the Lok Sabha elections. The report highlights the reasons behind the party's disappointing performance in UP. After submitting the report, Chaudhary left Nadda's residence. In the 2019 elections, the BJP won 62 seats in UP, but this time the party has been reduced to 36 seats.
Uttar Pradesh BJP chief Bhupendra Chaudhary met Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Wednesday in New Delhi. Chaudhary briefed PM Modi on the ground situation in UP, the reasons for the party's defeat in the recent Lok Sabha elections, and the condition of party workers.
Chaudhary specifically mentioned issues with the Home and Information departments of the UP government. He reported that the actions of the police under the Home Department are damaging both the organization and its workers. Additionally, he highlighted that the Information Department is allegedly involved in a conspiracy to assassinate the character of party leaders. These concerns were part of a detailed 'charge sheet' presented to PM Modi.
