Ahead of the opening of the outer 'Bhandar' of the 'Ratna Bhandar' at Lord Jagannath’s Temple in Puri, Justice Biswanath Rath, Chairman of the inspection committee, stated on July 18 that he is overseeing the entire process. He announced that the inner 'Bhandar' of the 'Ratna Bhandar' would be opened the following day to shift the Ratna jewellery. "We have completed the initial phase of shifting jewellery and other articles from the outer Bhandar. Now, we have decided to proceed with opening the inner Bhandar. Everything is on schedule, and I have been in Puri since last night, closely monitoring the situation. We seek prayers from all devotees of Lord Jagannath worldwide for the success of this next phase," said Justice Biswanath Rath.
