Punjab Elections 2022: SC directs Punjab police to not arrest Bikram Majithia till 23 Feb
The Supreme Court on Monday ordered Punjab Police not to arrest SAD leader Bikram Singh Majithia in a drugs case until February 23, allowing him to campaign in the state. However, a bench of Chief Justices N V Ramana, Justices A S Bopanna, and Hima Kohli ordered Majithia to surrender to a trial court after the Punjab assembly elections on February 20.
