Power Crisis in India: Satyendra Jain claims 'Delhi is spending a lot to fulfil power needs'

Satyendra Jain was talking exclusively to ABP News over power crisis in India. Jain said that the production capacity of NTPC has been reduced by the Central government. He added due to this Delhi had to buy electricity from the market at a very high rate. Take a look at the complete conversation.
