PM Modi will dedicate the Rashtriya Raksha University (RRU) building to the nation today at 11 a.m. As the Chief Guest, he will also deliver the RRU's inaugural convocation address. PM Modi will inaugurate the 11th Khel Mahakumbh at 6:30 p.m. on March 12 and deliver a speech at the event.
