Patna High Court stays caste census in interim order | Abp news

The Patna High Court on Thursday stayed the caste-based census in its interim order on Thursday while hearing a petition challenging and seeking an interim stay on the enumeration of castes and economic survey in Bihar.

The Patna High Court on Wednesday completed the hearing and reserved its judgement for a day.

In the hearing on Wednesday, a division bench of Chief Justice KV Chandran heard the petitions filed by Akhilesh Kumar and others.
