Parliament's decorum disturbed but discussion on farmer bills was necessary: Sanjay Raut

Rajya Sabha MP and Shiv Sena leader, Sanjay Raut, talked to ABP news about the recent ruckus at the upper house. He said that no doubt the decorum of the house was disturbed by whatever happened but discussion over farmer bills was important. "I respect PM Narendra Modi's opinion of farmer bills being historic but the debate was necessary as it was a huge decision," he added.
