P305 barge incident: Will there be an action against AFCONS company? | Ground Report

Barge P305 sank during Cyclone Tauktae killing 49 people. The Indian Navy saved 146 people who were on-board whereas 26 are still missing. In this case an FIR has been registered against the Captain of the barge for ignoring the weather warnings and keeping the barge in the middle of the storm. FIR has been registered by one of the survivors Rehman Sheikh. The question here is if there would be any action against the company which hired the barge and made employees work on it.
