Notorious gangster Vikas Dubey cremated in Kanpur

Notorious gangster and history sheeter Vikas Dubey was cremated in Kanpur late on Friday evening. While his cremation was going in, people in his village were celebrating. People took out a candle light vigil to mark the occasion and celebrate end of a gangster. His own wife screamed into the cameras that he was guilty and therefore he was rightfully punished.
