Nirbhaya Case: SC to here curative plea of convicts Vinay, Mukesh on Jan 14

The Supreme Court will hear the curative petitions filed by two convicts  - Vinay Sharma and Mukesh - in the Nirbhaya gang rape and murder case on January 14. The five-judge bench including Justices NV Ramana, Arun Mishra, RF Nariman, R Banumathi and Ashok Bhushan will hear curative petitions filed by 2 death row convicts. If the Curative Petition is rejected by the top court then a Mercy Petition before the President of India could also be preferred.
