New parliament building was necessity, should have built it earlier: Najma Heptulla

Najma Heptulla was speaking to ABP News over the new parliament building. She said that the whole structure would surely change and but she hoped that the democratic values remain intact. "Whatever legislation we pass, we need to discuss and then take the next step. Buildings don't matter, our work and values matter," she added.

"More space was needed for a long time. The building should have been constructed earlier," Najma said.
