Nepalese PM Sher Bahadur Deuba receives PM Modi as he arrived in Lumbini | ABP News
As he landed in Lumbini, Nepal, Prime Minister Narendra Modi was greeted by Nepalese Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba. "Happy to be among the lovely people of Nepal on the holy occasion of Buddha Purnima," the PM tweeted shortly after landing. Looking forward to the Lumbini programmes." He went to the Maya Devi temple to worship. On the occasion of Buddha Purnima, he will thereafter take part in a ceremony to lay the foundation stone for the India International Centre for Buddhist Culture & Heritage.
