Additionally, the Supreme Court has directed the NTA to respond within two weeks to a plea filed by Hitesh Singh Kashyap, seeking a CBI investigation into an alleged paper leak. According to the plea, students at the Jay Jalaram Center in Godhra, Gujarat, paid bribes ranging from ₹10,000 to ₹10 lakh to secure center selection. The students involved hailed from states like Karnataka, Odisha, and Jharkhand. Following complaints, authorities arrested five individuals, including teachers on duty at the Jay Jalaram Center. Details of all 26 students involved were obtained from the arrested teacher.

Students across the nation are protesting and demanding a re-examination. They allege that the papers were leaked.
