Muzaffarpur: Chaos in transport office, social distancing norms flouted

Chaos erupted in district transport office in Bihar's Muzaffarpur, as people thronged to the office to register for lockdown pass for their vehicles to avail the restrictions provided during the lockdown. Due to the presence of so many people, social distancing norms were flouted and some people even got unruly. Watch this report.
