Mundka Fire News: Who should be held responsible | Delhi | ABP News
The fire started on the first floor of a building near the Mundka metro station that houses the offices of a CCTV and router manufacturer. The owners of the firm, Harish Goel and Varun Goel, have been arrested, while the building owner, Manish Lakra, who lives on the top floor, has gone missing. The business building did not have a fire NOC, which was discovered during the investigation. In this case, police have filed a FIR under sections IPC 304 (culpable homicide not amounting to murder), 308 (attempt to commit culpable homicide), 120 (concealing design to commit offence punishable with imprisonment), and 34 (acts committed by several people in furtherance of a common intention).
