Moscow: Rajnath Singh given more importance than Chinese Defence Minister

Defence Minister Rajnath Singh and China's Defence Minister offered flowers at Russia's military memorial between India and China. Rajnath Singh is in Moscow to attend the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) meeting. 

Both countries are part of the eight-member regional group which mainly focuses on issues related to security and defence. 

The deadlock between the forces of India and China continues in many places in eastern Ladakh.
