Congress to propose whip for their Rajya Sabha members, all members to be present in todays’s meeting . Similarly AAP also proposed whip for their Rajya Sabha members, all members will  be present on 27th and 28th. Gaurav gagoi to gave ‘No Confidence Motion’ notice to Lok Sabha speaker notice accepted. Moreover, Opposition will be seen wearing black on the 6th day of the Monsoon Session Meeting.
