Money was diverted from PM relief fund to RGF: Sambit Patra

''Whoever remains the National President of the Congress party is the member of the board who releases Prime Minister's National Relief Fund. The funds released by the Prime Minister's National Relief Fund for any company or work was being diverted to Rajiv Gandhi Foundation. Everyone knows who was the super PM'', says BJP's Sambit Patra.
