Major Hearing Today In Supreme Court On NEET Paper Leak Case | ABP News

In the NEET paper leak case, the CBI has filed its first charge sheet against 13 individuals. On Thursday, August 1, 2024, the CBI charged the accused under several sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC), including Sections 120-B (criminal conspiracy), 201 (destruction of evidence), 409 (criminal breach of trust), 380 (theft), 411 (dishonestly receiving stolen property), 420 (cheating), and 109 (abetment). The individuals named in the charge sheet are Nitish Kumar, Amit Anand, Jitendra, Raghavendu, Ashutosh Kumar, Roshan Kumar, Manish Prakash, Awadhesh Kumar, Akhilesh Kumar, Anurag Yadav, Shivnandan Kumar, Abhishek Kumar, and Ayush Raj. The filing marks a significant step in the investigation into the alleged paper leak.
