Lok Sabha Elections 2024: Omar Abdullah Attacks BJP amidst Phase 5 Voting | ABP News

Voting began for the fifth phase of the Lok Sabha elections 2024 on Monday on all 49 parliamentary constituencies across eight states and Union Territories. Polling also began on 35 Assembly constituencies in Odisha for the Legislative Assembly. Over 8.95 crore registered voters, including 4.69 crore males, 4.26 crore females, and 5409 third-gender electors are eligible to exercise their franchise. Voting is going on for the 5th phase. Voting is taking place on 49 seats in 8 states in the country. 695 candidates have contested the 5th phase. During this time, political veterans are also fulfilling their responsibilities. On the day of voting, National Conference candidate from Baramulla seat of Jammu and Kashmir, Omar Abdullah, cornered BJP.
