Congress leader Rahul Gandhi has once again said that if BJP wins the elections, it will change the Constitution. Addressing an election rally in Ratlam, Madhya Pradesh, Rahul said that BJP leaders have clearly said that if they win the elections, they will change the Constitution, that is why they had given the slogan of 400 seats. Rahul claimed that BJP-NDA will not get even 150 seats.
