Locust hordes have reached Varanasi which has led to further increase in concerns of farmers. The district administration has chalked out a plan to take action tonight against the horde. The locusts don't fly at the night and stay grounded. Hence, the administration plans to spray insecticide over them at the time to ensure that farmers don't suffer major losses.
