There were many speculations on whether Nitish Kumar will become the CM again in Bihar. However, Prime Minister Narendra Modi dismissed it and said that once again under the leadership of Nitish Kumar, he will fulfill the promises of development.

Nitish Kumar may take oath as the Chief Minister of Bihar on Bhai Dooj which falls on 16 November.
