Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman stated Tuesday that the economy will expand at a rate of 9.27% in the coming year as she presented the Union Budget 2022. The Finance Minister further stated that the Budget lays out a roadmap for the Indian economy from 75 to 100, noting the four pillars of development: inclusive development, productivity enhancement, energy transformation, and climate action.
