Kanpur: Police rescues kidnapped youth within 3 hours, 1 woman & 2 others arrested

Kanpur Police has achieved a major success. The UP Police rescued a kidnapped youth within just three hours of the incident. The Police has arrested the accused. Those arrested include 1 woman and two others in this case. It is being reported that a suspended constable was also involve in this incident. 

Police is interrogating the arrested accused.
