He is inciting young people with inflammatory speeches to recruit them into terrorist groups. Additionally, he is using Kashmiri netizens to provide financial support to various terrorist organizations for carrying out attacks. The Jammu and Kashmir police are actively searching for this terrorist commander in connection with several cases.
