Is there a connection b/w Nagrota killed terrorists & terrorists arrested in Delhi?

The target of the terrorists was the DDC elections being held in Jammu and Kashmir. If the terrorists had succeeded in their plans, there could have been a lot of destruction in the valley. 

11 AK-47 rifles have been recovered from the terrorists. This morning at 4.20 am, the security forces had asked the truck to stop, but the terrorists started firing. In response, the security forces also fired and four Pakistani terrorists were killed in this encounter.
