BJP leader and Spokesperson, Shahnawaj Hussain launched an attack on Shiv Sena over the statement of Sanjay Raut in editorial Saamana. Shahnawaj added Is Shiv Sena influenced by Tukde-Tukde gang? 

The NCP has shied away from the statement of 'break up of India like the state of Russia' in an editorial by Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Raut. NCP leader Nawab Malik said, 'As an editor this may be the personal view of Sanjay Raut and not of the party.'
