Is price-rise of fuel, cooking oil good?

Common man is suffering a dual blow. On one hand, the prices of fuel are rising whereas on the other the cooking-oil prices are on a surge too. As per a report, this price rise has been the most since last 13 years. But the farmers believe that the inflated rates are good. How? This report explains all about it. Take a look.
