Indian made ships to deliver cargo contracts to promote Make In India: Union Shipping Minister

Mansukh L Mandaviya, Union Shipping Minister while talking to ABP News said that 

To promote AatmaNirbharBharat, the right of first refusal to import-export coal, fertilisers, crude & gas will be given to Indian made ships instead of companies registered in India. This will encourage ship-building in the country.

This will lead to rapid development of the Indian shipbuilding industry. The government will also give 20% subsidy in shipbuilding, added the Union Shipping Minister
